About the App
MB Design is a dedicated photo gallery app designed to simplify how we share event photos with our clients. Instead of sending links via third‑party platforms, clients access their private event albums directly in the app. After your event—such as a wedding, birthday, corporate function, or other special occasion—our editors enhance your photos and upload them to your private in‑app gallery.
Once your photos are uploaded, you will receive an SMS notification, and you can explore, view, and download your event photos instantly. In addition to personal galleries, the app includes a public albums section that showcases a curated selection of MB Design’s work from past events.
Important: Personal/private galleries are accessible only to authorized users (for example, using invite links, access codes, or authenticated accounts). In contrast, public albums are visible to all app users.
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MB Design application (the “App”) and any related services. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2) Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may send one‑time codes, SMS notifications, or emails to verify your identity and to notify you when albums are ready.
Do not share private album links, codes, or credentials with unauthorized persons.
3) Content & Intellectual Property
MB Design Content: The App, public albums, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by MB Design or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.
Your Event Photos: Photos in your private gallery remain your property (or your photographer’s, as applicable). MB Design retains a limited license to host, process, and deliver the photos to you through the App, solely to provide the service.
Public Albums: Public albums showcase MB Design’s work. You may view and share links to public albums, but you may not reuse the photos for commercial purposes without written permission.
Downloads: You may download photos made available to you in the App for personal, non‑commercial use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4) Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to circumvent security or access albums that are not intended for you.
Do not upload, post, or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates privacy rights.
Do not decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the App.
Do not use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to download or index content except as permitted by us in writing.
5) Service Availability
The App may be updated, suspended, or discontinued from time to time. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Album delivery timelines can vary depending on editing workflows, upload speeds, and other factors.
6) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
7) Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the App and these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms in the App with a new “Effective date.” Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

This Privacy Policy explains how MB Design collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use the MB Design application. It applies to the App and related services described above (not to unrelated websites or services).
